3-2-1- Blast Off!!

AJ is growing leaps and bounds!!  The Desrosiers families (both the Amherst, NH and Thomaston, CT extensions), the DuVarney family, and the Roby Road Pouliots took a trip to Canobie Lake Park yesterday (more pics to come soon).  AJ was inspired by Auntie Renee's dare devil tactics.

He's finally figured out just exactly what to DO in the Jumparoo!!!  HOORAY for more fun!!

5 Months Old!!

AJ turned five months old this weekend and we're coming up on LOTS of milestones...Currently weighing in at 20 lbs...and sporting 12 month clothes!!!  OH MY!

He's figured out how to use those little hands and he's passing objects from left to right and right to left!!  He's also mastering the fine art of waving!!!  He waves to the ceiling fans, the night light, and the doggies!  If you're really lucky (and patient), he'll even wave to you :)   He's also on the verge of sitting all by himself.  I bet it will happen any day now!!

Just One of the Guys!

Special shout out to Uncle Mike and Ryan for taking AJ on a guys outing day while Mommy had to work and Daddy studied.  Uncle Mike took Ryan and AJ to the mall to see the new sporting good store and blow off some steam at the playground.

AJ's First Swim!! 07-23-2011

It's been over 100 degrees pretty consistently in New Hampshire and hot...Hot...HOT!!!!  Thanks to the curtosy of the DuVarney's, AJ had his very first swim!!!  He LOVED it!!!

Rice Cereal Milestone!! 07/14/2011

AJ had his 4 month doctor appointment today.  He was a very happy giggly little boy...right up until he had his vaccination boosters.  :(  Here are his stats from today's visit:

Height: 27 1/2 inches (90th percentile)
Weight: 16lbs 12 oz. (90th percentile)
Recommended Activities: SITTING!!!

AJ's doctor is very happy with his growth and reflexes.  She said it's time we try some rice cereal.  Needless to say, I couldn't wait to get home and give it to him for the first time.  SUCCESS!!! We couldn't get the cereal in his mouth fast enough. He even grabbed the spoon right out of Mommy's hand and stuffed it into his mouth on his own...PIGGY!

What IS this stuff she's putting in my mouth...and why isn't she going FASTER?!

Yes, of course I'm eating without pants...again.  Is there any other way? 

Yes...yes, I DO like this cereal.

Rolling Rolling Rolling...

HE DID IT!!!! And Mommy finally witnessed it.  AJ is rolling all around.  He rolled from his tummy to his back today...and it wasn't a fluke either.  Every time you put him on his tummy, he rolls over :)  Mommy and Daddy are very proud.  AJ has also moved on from his pacifier to his new favorite "chew toy"...his hands!
